I'm Writing a DIY Loan Modification Book!

Yes, I am writing a do it yourself guide to loan modifications. There are so many loan modification scams out there right now and I wanted to do something about it. So, I decided to write a book. I have read the two loan mod books out there and they are marginally helpful. There are no books written by an attorney. What most people don't know, is that anyone can negotiate a loan modification. It is more about patience, persistence and organization. Also, there are no guarantees in the loan modification world. All of these companies who promise amazing results are really misleading consumers. Anyway, I am very excited about this and about being able to provide affordable help to borrowers in need.
